Dress & Necklace: OROTON

First of all i’d like to congratulate Oroton on opening their first shop in asia! It was an honor to participate. The dress i wore was originally made for the Oroton campaign worn by super model Daria Werbowy (i love Daria and btw perfect choice for Oroton), so of course the first thing that came to mind was “it will not fit!” but it (though a bit tight) did fit and yes, (6kg) heavy.

It was a surprise to see that a brand with 70 years history is so innovative in both their products and image, definitely something we want to see more often, a brand that knows what they are doing but at the same time staying up to date with what we (the customers) really want and need.

Long time no see, i’ve been busy with some exciting projects and as always i can’t wait to share them with you. School starts on the 6th which means i’ll finally have my routine back! gym, class, jared, blog, cooking etcetc still on the look out for that perfect part time journalism class.  Actually want to look for a stable part time job also, just anything will do… keep myself busy. NYC postponed till early October *sob*

Check out this new collection by Puma Urban Mobility with creative direction by Hussein Chalayan.
The on-going inspiration for this collection stems around the notion of URBAN COMMUTING, bridging FASHION and PERFORMANCE by designing products that offer true solutions for travelling through the urban environment AU10 sees the continuation of HUSSEIN CHALAYAN’s creative input giving a whole new spin to the modern DNA of this line, across Footwear, Apparel and Accessories.

Love the “flight path” graphics on that jacket and hands down the most comfortable pair of harem pants i own.

Yay Cindiddy is a Monki Girl. I don’t think i need to introduce Monki to you guys, its probably the most exciting Store opening of the year. Affordable, great quality and amazing choices. Nothing is over $800 HKD! Monki has more than 40 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Holland and Germany. Monki’s first store outside of Europe will open in Langham Place, Hong Kong! I can’t wait to get my hands on their clothes.
