My favorite pieces to layer during autumn and winter are definitely big cozy cardigans and army green jackets. The A.T by Atsuro Tayama Fall/Winter 2012 collection has a lot of versatile pieces that can be worn alone or layered with blouses and jackets. One of my favorites is their gray, black, and blue dress because it gives a bright pop of teal in an otherwise dull palette. Check out their full collection on their website. Coming from Hong Kong, I think we are treated with a view of one of the best skylines in the world. The bright lights and tall buildings– they’re always inspirational in showing how far we can reach. The city is merciless and back-breaking, but the skyline is a nice reminder that even if we have to give everything up to be here, at the end of the day we get to live in an exciting, fast-paced place. I guess I’m just trying to say that you should never take anything for granted. Sometimes the things that you want are actually right in front of you.
